قالت مصادر أفغانية، إن نائب حاكم كابول محبوب الله محبي، قتل مع مساعده بعد انفجار عبوة مثبتة في سيارته المدرعة صباح اليوم الثلاثاء.
وأشارت إلى أن الانفجار أودى بحياة مساعد نائب الحاكم، ومساعده، وأصاب اثنين من حراسته الشخصية، خلال تواجدهم بمنطقة مكروريان ضمن العاصمة كابول.
